xpansion and renovation of a 2-story residence in Petit Valley, Trinidad & Tobago.

The original project began as an 800 sq. ft. upper floor renovation and expansion project, taking in former balconies to convert to new interior living space for the client. During planning, the client expanded the project further to include renovation and beautification of all ground floor living and utility areas.

Renovation works included a brand new roof, concrete floor slabs, driveway renewal and property gate. All existing joinery including doors and windows in good condition were resealed. The client provided all interior furnishings and decor while the architect specified all new fittings, doors and windows for the newly expanded areas and bathroom.
